Job summary

Kenfil Hong Kong Ltd. is seeking an IT Education Instructor to deliver IT training for individuals and corporate clients.

You will assist in developing course content and materials, and help participants achieve the intended outcomes. The role involves teaching courses from major vendors like Microsoft, AWS, VMware and EC-Council, with emphasis on current technologies such as cloud, cybersecurity, AI and data-related tools.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or Data Science.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in IT subjects such as Microsoft Azure/Microsoft 365/Microsoft Power Platform/AWS/SharePoint/Cybersecurity/AI/Programming.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a plus.
• Interest in learning latest technologies and willingness to upskill.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good presentation and communication skills; strong English and Chinese language abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 1. To conduct I.T. training for corporate customers or individuals.
• 2. To assist in course development and materials preparation.
• 3. To facilitate trainees in achieving the outcome of the training course attended.
• 4. To deliver courses of I.T. vendors such as Microsoft, AWS, VMware, EC-Council.
• 5. Proficient in ANY of the current technologies such as Private/Public Cloud, On-premise Infrastructure, Kubernetes, Cybersecurity, AI, Canva, Python, Data Science, Microsoft Office Applications, Microsoft Power Platform, etc.
• 6. Provide guidance and support to the course participants on the subject matter related queries.
• 7. Constantly self-upgrading of competency level and domain knowledge.
