Job summary

Gain Miles Assurance Consultants Limited is seeking an Insurance Benefits Analyst to help shape comprehensive insurance programs for corporate clients. You will build insurer relationships, compare quotations, and prepare client-ready analyses and presentations.

The role requires a university degree and 1–3 years in insurance, plus IIQE I-III licenses if available. Fluency in English and Chinese, strong communication and MS Office skills are essential. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• University graduate with 1–3 years of working experience, preferably in insurance.
• Holder of Insurance license IIQE I-III preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Independent and energetic team player with a self-motivated attitude.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Officer/Assistant Manager.

About the role:

Job Descriptions

• Build strong relationships with insurers and negotiate terms that benefit our clients.
• Liaise with insurers to compare quotations and prepare client proposals, analysis reports, and presentation materials.
• Conduct thorough analyses of raw claims data and medical cost ratios from insurance companies and prepare comprehensive reports highlighting key findings for clients' HR departments.
• Undertake other duties as required to support the team and clients.

Requirements

• University graduate with minimum 1-3 years of working experience , preferably in the insurance industry
• Holder of Insurance license (IIQE papers I, II & III) are highly preferable
• Detail-oriented, customer focused with effective client relationship and communication skills
• Possess strong sense of responsibilities and be able to work independently and act as a self-motivatedand energetic good team player
• Good communication skills on written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidates with more experiences will be considered to Senior Officer/Assistant Manager.
