Job summary

YISHUN TOWING PTE LTD in Hong Kong is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer payments, maintain records, and support financial health.

You will issue invoices, chase outstanding balances, reconcile accounts, process payments by checks, cards, or electronic transfers, and prepare aging reports while staying current on best practices in accounts receivable.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., UBS system).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities
