Job summary

Bridge Academy specializes in early intervention for children on the autism spectrum. We offer intensive 1-to-1 therapy, social groups, and preschool programmes, applying Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) as our core treatment approach.

The role involves conducting one-on-one and group therapy, documenting progress, planning and implementing IEPs, and working closely with parents, therapists, and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, early childhood education, or related field.
• Experience working with children with special needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with parents and professionals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy.
• Update and document students' daily progress.
• Assist in planning, developing and executing IEPs.
• Work closely with parents, therapists, supervisors and external consultants as needed.
• Conduct preliminary intake assessments for potential students.
• Any additional duties as assigned by Programme Supervisors.
• On-job training and other professional developments.
