Job summary

The Children's Institute of Hong Kong is seeking an ABA Practitioner to join our team in the Southern District. This full-time role delivers individualized ABA therapy to children and teenagers with neurodiverse needs, in collaboration with BCBAs and a multidisciplinary team.

You will work one-to-one or in small groups, prepare materials, track progress, report to families, and contribute to a supportive learning environment that promotes growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Psychology, special education, or a related field.
• Experience with neurodiverse students is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one, two-to-one, or small group ABA-based learning.
• Implement individualized programs designed by BCBAs.
• Provide behavioral, social, and academic support in school settings.
• Prepare teaching materials, differentiate lessons, and track progress.
• Maintain detailed records and report progress to parents and supervisors.
• Collaborate with therapists, teachers, and families for holistic care.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional training.
