Job summary

Yee Fung Construction Engineering Limited is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead A&A and fit-out projects, coordinating with consultants, contractors and clients to ensure design compliance, safety and timely delivery.

The role requires a degree in Construction Management or Engineering and 8+ years of PM experience with large-scale interior fit-out or A&A projects; you will manage schedules, budgets, site inspections and progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• At least 8 years of project management experience.
• Proven track record in large-scale interior fit-out or A&A projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of A&A and fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for design, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and enforce quality control.
