The Human Resources Analyst Development Program (HRADP) is a premier entry‑level program designed to accelerate your career as a future leader in Human Resources. As a Summer Analyst you will work on live problems across the organization, owning a defined project, delivering tangible outcomes, and presenting to senior stakeholders.
Strong performers may receive an offer for the 2028 Full‑Time Human Resources Analyst Development Program, a 2‑year rotational that exposes interns to three different teams within HR.
Job Summary
- Own one end‑to‑end project tied to a business priority—for example, analyzing attrition drivers or redesigning a step in the onboarding journey.
- Use AI tools—including LLM Suite and Copilot—to accelerate research, drafting, and analysis while validating outputs and applying judgment.
- Collaborate across Human Resources and with business stakeholders to design and deliver forward‑looking people strategies.
- Develop critical thinking, problem‑solving, and a digital‑first mindset on real business challenges.
- Present your project deliverable and recommendations to senior stakeholders at the conclusion of the program.
- Participate in structured training sessions and mentorship programming to accelerate professional development.
- Ask sharp questions, drive to clarity, and take initiative in a fast‑paced environment even when starting without a complete brief.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Pursuing a degree with a well‑rounded academic background, expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Interest in Human Resources, evidenced through coursework, internships, or extracurricular activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Understanding of key HR trends and issues.
- Interest in data analysis and independent project ownership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative work environment.
- Data literacy with an interest in using data and analytics to generate insights.
- Comfortable with Excel and quick to learn new tools.
- Active user of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and ability to explain outputs and verify quality.
- Authorisation to work in Hong Kong; visa sponsorship is not available.
