Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree with expected graduation Dec 2027 through Jun 2028.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of key HR trends and issues.
• Interest in data analysis and driving projects independently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
• Data literacy with using data and analytics to generate insights.
• Comfortable with Excel and able to learn new tools quickly.
• Active user of AI tools and able to verify outputs.
• Holding the right to work; relocation assistance is not provided; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Own one end-to-end project tied to a business priority.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and analysis while validating outputs.
• Collaborate across Human Resources and with business stakeholders to design and deliver people strategies.
• Develop capabilities in critical thinking and problem solving with a digital-first mindset.
• Present project deliverable and recommendations to senior stakeholders at program conclusion.
• Participate in structured training sessions and mentorship programming.
• Ask sharp questions and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
