Job summary

Bank of China International (BOCI) is launching the 2027 Management Trainee Programme focused on Information Technology. Based in Hong Kong, graduates will join a 12-month programme blending classroom learning, on-the-job trainings, and cross-team rotations in IT.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Cybersecurity/Data Science/Software Development/IS or related disciplines, or above.
Fresh graduates who graduate between 1 Jan 2026 and 31 Jul 2027 and have no full-time work experience.
Educational background from a renowned local or overseas institution is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Join a 12-month MT Programme designed to develop future leaders through classroom learning, on-the-job trainings, and cross-team rotations.
Rotate across Information Technology functions: cyber security, data analysis, business analysis, project and change management, and infrastructure and operations.
Receive mentoring, buddy support, and performance coaching to accelerate growth within the programme.
