Qualifications

• Full-time Bachelor's degree with at least second upper honours or GPA 3.3 or above (4-point scale), or full-time Master's degree or above academic qualification
• Fresh graduates who graduate (or will graduate) between 1 January 2026 and 31 July 2027 without any full-time work experience after graduation
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese proficiency

Responsibilities

• Complete orientation and training combining classroom and experiential learning
• Engage in structured job rotation across banking divisions
• Cross-border exposure with assignments across the Chinese mainland and Southeast Asia
• Mentorship and career coaching provided by experienced executives and HR managers
