• Full-time Bachelor's degree with at least second upper honours or GPA 3.3 or above (4-point scale), or full-time Master's degree or above academic qualification
• Fresh graduates who graduate (or will graduate) between 1 January 2026 and 31 July 2027 without any full-time work experience after graduation
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese proficiency

The programme commences with a one-week orientation combining classroom training and experiential learning. The orientation delivers essential insights into the Bank’s corporate structure and values, alongside a strategic overview of our business and products.

An experienced business executive will be assigned as your mentor to provide guidance on your career development and to facilitate your understanding of the Bank's business strategy while helping you strengthen your business insights and confidence. During your job rotations, experienced leaders will also provide technical knowledge sharing and constructive feedback to support your growth.

Experienced HR managers will provide dedicated career coaching to ensure you receive a holistic and well-rounded developmental experience.
