Job summary

Bank of China in Hong Kong invites high-calibre graduates to join its 2027 Management Trainee Programme. Over 24 months, MTs gain foundational banking expertise through classroom training, on-the-job rotations, and cross-border projects, supported by mentors, buddies, and coaches.

You will rotate across divisions, engage with regional markets, pursue professional qualifications, and receive career coaching as you advance toward leadership roles within the Bank.

Qualifications

• Full-time Bachelor's degree with at least second upper honours or GPA 3.3 (4-point scale), or full-time Master's degree or above academic qualification.
• Fresh graduates who graduate between 1 January 2026 and 31 July 2027 without any full-time work experience after graduation.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese proficiency.
• Self-motivated, passionate and strong team spirit.
• Open-minded, willing to embrace changes and accept challenges.

Responsibilities

• Participate in classroom and on-the-job training.
• Rotate through different banking divisions to understand end-to-end service chain.
• Engage in cross-border projects to broaden regional perspective and network.
• Receive mentoring from executives and HR managers and attend regular evaluation sessions.
