Job Title: Legionella / Water Treatment Administrator.
Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £27k + Training + Benefits

We are recruiting for a company with a strong presence in the South of England, who are specialist a within the Legionella / Water Treatment industry. They are now looking to recruit a Legionella / Water Treatment Administrator. This role would suit a candidate who has a strong administrative background within the Legionella industry. The successful candidate will be able to adapt to working within a busy environment and will be able to organise and efficiently keeping internal systems to date, checking reports, and assigning site staff to work and arranging accommodation where required.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Hertford, Hatfield, Harpenden, Hemel Hempstead, Enfield, Luton, Watford, Stevenage, Harlow, Cheshunt, Hitchin.

• “ Will come from a strong administrative background within the Water Hygiene / legionella industry.
• “ Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• “ Will have excellent IT skills.
• “ Well organised and will have a keen eye for detail.

• “ Logging all jobs onto internal databases efficiently.
• “ Booking in work for site staff and arranging all accommodation for candidates staying away.
• “ Receiving report from site and typing up prior to sending the final report to clients.
• “ Providing adequate support to management within the business.
• “ Raising invoices and purchase orders.
• “ Liaising with clients, providing excellent support and guidance.
• “ Updating internal systems.
• “ Checking reports prior to sending to clinets.
• “ Providing clients with quotations.
• “ Carrying out effective document control.
• “ Attending meetings as required.
• “ Carrying out general administrative duties e.g., making / answering phone calls, sending emails, scanning, and filing paperwork.
