A large educational institution in Hampshire is seeking an experienced cleaner to lead a team and ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards. The candidate will support the Cleaning Services Supervisor and be the point of contact for day-to-day matters. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently without supervision.
Responsabilités
- Lead a team of Cleaning Operatives within the Estates Department.
- Support the Cleaning Services Supervisor to ensure that college facilities are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Allocate work to cleaning staff and ensure that the work is completed to a satisfactory standard.
- Be the point of contact for routine day-to-day matters.
Barton Peveril is a large, thriving and innovative sixth form college in Hampshire. We are looking for an experienced cleaner who can work to a high standard with the minimum of supervision.
