We specialise in all aspects of coastal engineering, within multiple challenging and engaging sectors such as Water, Aviation, Defence, Energy and Cities & Development. We continue to provide industry-leading coastal modelling and engineering solutions right through the project lifecycle, with value added through client-side support as well as construction phases. Your Purpose:
- Own and direct teamswho undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, and to high-quality levels.
- Defining briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.
- Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes.
- Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
- Settingquality assurance standards in design.
- Grow, develop and manage coastal engineering capability within the practice.
What you can bring:
- Chartered Civil Engineer.
- Experience in owning design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
- Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of coastal engineering analysis and design in the UK and overseas.
- The ability to work with our clients around the world to develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Promoting technical excellence, best practice, sustainability, net zero and digital innovation.
- Mentoring and developing junior staff.
