You are an AI-native full-stack developer who loves building things that actually work — fast, reliable, and beautiful. You’ll lead the technical development of client platforms, automation tools, and MX² — our proprietary AI-powered marketing product. From back-end architecture to front-end implementation, you’ll translate creative and strategic concepts into performant, scalable code. • Develop, test, and maintain web applications and automation tools for clients and MX².
• Build secure, scalable APIs and integrations (OpenAI, Meta, Google, CRM systems, analytics APIs, etc.).
• Implement AI-driven features using OpenAI, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
• Maintain clean repositories and enforce version control and documentation standards.
• Translate Figma or design concepts into responsive, high-performance front-end experiences (React, Next.js, Tailwind, Webflow custom code). Vue.js, Nuxt.js is crucial to know.

• Use GPT-based workflows and automation tools to accelerate development and testing.
• Collaborate with the MX² team to evolve our AI-driven marketing platform architecture.
• Integrate third-party APIs, webhooks, and AI services for marketing automation, analytics, and reporting.
• Explore new AI coding assistants, QA automation, and deployment pipelines to boost efficiency.

• Ensure platform stability, speed, and scalability across all environments.
• Conduct regular code reviews and implement automated testing.
• Collaborate with QA and Project Management to guarantee smooth client deliveries.
• Proactively detect and resolve bugs before client impact.

• Work closely with Design (UI/UX), Performance Media, and Data teams to bring digital products and dashboards to life.
• Support campaign tracking implementation (GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel APIs).
• Contribute to technical documentation, scoping, and sprint planning.
• Provide guidance and mentoring for junior or freelance developers.

• Experience: 3+ years in full-stack development with JavaScript / TypeScript (Node.js, React, Next.js or similar).
• AI Tooling: Hands-on experience with OpenAI API, LangChain, or automation frameworks (e.g., Zapier, Make, Vercel Functions).
• Database & Infra: Familiar with Firebase, Supabase, PostgreSQL, and cloud deployment (Vercel, AWS, or GCP).
• Version Control: Proficient with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• AI-Native Mindset: Uses GPT-5, Copilot, or Cursor IDE to accelerate coding and problem-solving.
• Creative & Analytical: Understands design systems and marketing context; writes clean code with clarity and structure.
