The Opportunity

Our Business Operations team plays a critical role in supporting our Sales organisation and driving business success. We’re thrilled to be hiring a Business Operations Data Analyst to help us achieve success in 2025 and beyond! As a part of our best-in-class team, individuals can gain a deep understanding of our business, while advancing their careers. At FICO, you’ll have the opportunity to work with and learn from a team of talented professionals, but we are also genuinely excited by the fresh perspectives and innovations that new team members bring to our business.

As a Business Operations Data Analyst, you'll be at the core of our company, contributing to a broad range of projects. This role will give you critical insight into the processes that keep our business running smoothly while helping you develop an understanding of our culture and values. You’ll gain first-hand experience with the software sales function, using data to inform decisions around the management of people and processes within the organisation.

This role will be both challenging and stimulating. You'll receive guidance from an experienced mentor, ensuring you get yourself on track, add value and realise your full potential.

What You Will Contribute

  • Process and analyse large data sets to identify movements, trends, insights, and opportunities to improve EMEA’s business performance.
  • Present KPIs and other data using visualisation tools such as Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Contribute to regional annual planning and strategy by providing meaningful data insights.
  • Support efforts to improve data quality – eg. by providing operational support for EMEA’s sales team on Salesforce.com.
  • Assist with regional reporting and forecasting, including content creation for quarterly EMEA All Hands meetings and Leadership Business Reviews – as well as ad hoc data requests.
  • Support EMEA’s leadership team by providing them with accurate data and meaningful insights that support their discussions and inform decision making.

What We Are Seeking

  • A strong academic background with a relevant degree in IT, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Science, or similar (or equivalent experience in a commercial environment).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and present large amounts of data with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confidence with the Microsoft Office suite, ideally including macros, pivot tables, and data analysis/presentation skills.
  • Ability to leverage data to create meaningful insights and tell a compelling story through effective visualisation techniques.
  • A reliable teammate who is capable of maintaining high performance under pressure, with a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Commitment to pursuing a career as a data analyst, with a passion for Software.
  • A willingness to learn and continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
  • Proven relationship-building skills - with both peers and senior colleagues.
  • Ability to work well both within a team and independently, to solve problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, appropriate for diverse audiences at all levels.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a professional demeanour.
  • Ability to commute to London when needed.

Our Offer to You

  • An inclusive culture strongly reflecting our core values: Act Like an Owner, Delight Our Customers and Earn the Respect of Others.
  • The opportunity to make an impact and develop professionally by leveraging your unique strengths and participating in valuable learning experiences.
  • Highly competitive compensation, benefits and rewards programs that encourage you to bring your best every day and be recognised for doing so.
  • An engaging, people-first work environment offering work/life balance, employee resource groups, and social events to promote interaction and camaraderie.
