Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers, addressing any queries or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and report on equipment status.
• Collaborate with senior technicians to improve service delivery and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while on-site.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Relevant technical qualification (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds) in engineering or a related field.
• Experience in a field service role or similar technical position is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment analysis.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
