Attention all Civils CAD Technicians! Blueprint Recruitment is excited to offer a great new opportunity with one of our top clients. This role will consist of working on a variety of fantastic commercial and industrial projects. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid setup, attending the office in Manchester up to 3 days a week.

Our client is a well-established and trusted civil engineering consultancy, focusing on civil infrastructure, building design, residential and domestic projects, drainage modelling, and industrial work.

Key Responsibilities:

-Create accurate and high-quality civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD and other software.

-Assist in the preparation of detailed engineering designs for drainage systems.

-Liaise with other engineers and clients to ensure designs meet project requirements.

-Ensure that designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and legislation.

-Support senior technicians and engineers in project delivery.

Key Requirements:

-Will need proven experience of civil 3D, as you will be required to complete drainage drawings using this software.

-Proven experience as a Civil CAD Technician, ideally within the civil engineering sector.

-Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, especially in drainage design.

-Experience working on infrastructure projects would be beneficial.

-Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, CAD, or related disciplines.

-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
