A leading training institution in Huntingdon seeks a Bricklaying Trainer to work with and mentor apprentices at various stages of their qualifications. The role offers autonomy, full training, and generous benefits. Ideal candidates will have a background in bricklaying and a Level 3 qualification. Salary ranges from £32,000 to £42,000 with excellent benefits including a pension and extensive holiday time.

Salary: £32000 - £42000 + 28% pension + Training + Progression + Autonomy + 53 days holiday a year

In this role you will work with groups of apprentices in the area who are going through their T1, T2 and T3 bricklaying qualifications. You will be tasked with guiding, coaching, assessing and mentoring these apprentices.
The ideal candidate will live within a 30 miles radius of Huntingdon, have a background in bricklaying, and hold a Level 3 in bricklaying.
This is a brilliant role for a bricklayer to come off the tools and work with the next generation of bricklayers.
