With excellent resources, a welcoming environment, and a culture built on care and collaboration, this school gives you everything you need to succeed.

This isn't just about teaching a curriculum - it's about helping students grow in confidence, independence, and resilience. You'll celebrate progress in all its forms, from academic steps forward to breakthroughs in communication, behaviour, and self-belief.

Responsibilities
  • Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to a wide range of needs.
  • Creating a safe, structured, and supportive classroom where students feel valued.
  • Working closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and families to ensure consistent support.
  • Encouraging personal and social development alongside academic learning.
  • Promoting positive behaviour strategies and celebrating individual achievements.
The ideal candidate will have
  • QTS and experience teaching in a SEND or secondary setting (desirable but not essential).
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for helping young people succeed.
