What You'll Do

• Represent leading brands in face-to-face campaigns
• Generate leads, present offers, and negotiate with customers
• Help build and manage small campaign teams as you progress
• Analyse campaign performance and improve customer engagement
• Attend marketing events and support outreach strategies

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and people skills
• A self-starter who’s goal-driven and coachable
• Ambition to grow into leadership or management roles
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK

Please note: This is a self-employed position and requires daily commuting to our Colchester office.
