Job summary
A professional football club is seeking a dedicated Women’s Recruitment Analyst to enhance its scouting operations. This role focuses on identifying and recruiting talented players for the Women’s First Team and Academy Pathway. Responsibilities include player scouting using video analysis, maintaining recruitment databases, and collaborating across departments to ensure a successful recruitment strategy. Candidates should have experience in women's football and knowledge of scouting software. This position is vital for building a sustainable and competitive squad.
Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in women's football.
- Proven ability to analyze player performance through video.
- Strong skills in managing recruitment databases.
Responsibilities
- Identify and scout potential player targets for the Women’s First Team.
- Analyze performance data to support player recruitment.
- Work collaboratively with Women's Recruitment Department.
- Produce scouting reports and maintain player databases.
