A family-run main contractor in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire seeks a No.1 Site Manager. The role involves overseeing projects on listed buildings and residential refurbishments, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Strong managerial skills and relevant certifications are required. Competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 plus car allowance is offered.
No.1 Site Manager (Main Contractor) | Permanent | Herts / Bucks – salary £50,000 - £55,000 + car allowance / package. Location: Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.
The role is with a family-run main contractor with around 30 years in business. They have a varied client base including Local Authorities, Housing Associations, and Private Sector Clients. A young, dynamic management team is driving growth and expanding their client base.
Projects include refurbishments to listed buildings including extensive damp proofing to basements, external repairs, installing new chimneys, as well as single wrap around extensions and full refurbishment works to residential dwellings. Social housing refurbishment projects are also planned, across Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
The No.1 Site Manager will oversee projects on site with responsibility for delivery to programme, quality and budget, on listed buildings and residential/social housing refurbishments. This includes coordinating trades, subcontractors and site teams to ensure successful project delivery on time and to required standards.
