The Bath Priory (part of the Brownsword family of hotels) has a great location in Bath, just a short walk from the city centre, with a bus stop right outside. The hotel is stunning, a Georgian house with 33 bedrooms built in honey‑coloured Bath stone and is surrounded by four acres of multi‑award‑winning gardens. We are proud to have won awards at 5‑star level for over ten years and we are seeking sparkling new personalities to join our family.

We pay our team service charge each month! This service charge all goes into one pot, and 100% of that service charge is then shared amongst all the team at the hotel—every penny received is paid out to the team.

Service charge can be in the region of £160 a month (close to £2000 per year) over and above base pay, for a full time employee.

Full time 40hrs a week

• Deliver a range of high‑quality spa and wellness treatments, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.
• Lead by example and provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior therapists.
• Maintain expert knowledge of treatments, products, and wellness trends.
• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies are maintained to the highest standards.
• Assist the Spa Manager with training, quality control, and operational duties.
• Build lasting relationships with guests and members, promoting loyalty and repeat visits.
• Support retail sales and contribute to spa revenue targets.

You are a passionate, professional, and dedicated therapist with a genuine love for wellness and hospitality. You will bring:

• Recognized qualifications in beauty therapy, massage therapy, or holistic treatments (NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualifications are required).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a luxury spa, resort, or hotel environment.
• Strong communication and guest care skills.
• A warm, professional, and polished demeanor.
• Leadership and mentoring experience (advantageous).
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
