A charitable organization based in Bradford seeks an Area Manager to lead community programs for children and young people. You will oversee a multi-disciplinary team, ensure services meet quality standards, and foster collaborations with partners. Ideal candidates will have experience in children's services, strong management skills, and a proactive approach towards safeguarding. Salary : £38,000
Location : Bradford office, with the opportunity to work up to 2 days per week from home
Contract : Permanent, 35 hours per week (FTE)
Benefits : 30 days annual leave (+bank) and 5% employer pension contribution, 1 free night stay at their estate each year and a Cash Health plan
We're looking for a talented Area Team Manager to lead and inspire community programmes and activity across Bradford, with a base in a central office, with delivery from the heart of the city reaching across the city region.
