Skills
Our client a leading live production technology company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic direction of the business. This senior leadership position will have full operational responsibility across Sales, Marketing, Research & Development and Production working closely with divisional managers to drive performance, ensure accountability and deliver sustainable growth.
The COO will focus on operational excellence, innovation and alignment with business objectives across EMEA and the Americas. A key part of the role will be overseeing the full journey of products and services from initial conception and development through to manufacturing, commercialisation and market delivery. The successful candidate will also play a central role in international growth, developing markets and ensuring performance against key operational KPIs.
The role is primarily on‑site in the UK with some international travel to represent the business at exhibitions and events.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience managing senior managers across multiple functions, a background in R&D, manufacturing or related media technology sectors and, ideally, knowledge of broadcast tech products. Strong financial acumen, a structured and process‑driven approach, and an ability to foster high‑performing teams are essential.
