A growing recruitment agency in Ruislip seeks a HR Advisor for a one-year maternity cover starting December 2025. The role requires a driving license and involves supporting HR strategies, providing ER guidance, and managing HR data insights. HR Advisor- One year maternity cover (start December 2025)
£40,000 • Ruislip • My client a superb organisation that is experiencing huge growth year on year is now seeking a HR Advisor to cover for a year-long maternity contract. This position will commence in December 2025 and will complete in March 2027. You will need to be a car driver as the position will sometimes involve travelling to other sites in the UK. The position will involve a great deal of advisory work as well as a great deal of ER.
The successful candidate will be positive in approach and have the capability to manage multiple priorities. Good knowledge of employment legislation and upcoming changes is very important.
