Our education division has seen significant growth over the past 8 years, proudly partnering with Primary, Secondary, and SEN schools across Sussex and Kent. Due to our continued success, we are excited to expand our team by hiring new Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our Battle office.

About the Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with a Senior Recruitment Consultant to build relationships with new and existing clients and source top candidates for local schools. Your first 6 months will be focused on candidate generation and managing the onboarding process. Upon meeting key milestones, you will progress to a Recruitment Consultant role with continued mentorship and support.

Working hours in first 6 - 9 months will be 9am to 5.30pm in our Battle office.

Provided probation is passed working hours will be 7am to 4:30pm during term time, 3-day weeks during school holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating and posting job advertisements on various job sites and social media platforms.
• Sourcing and registering candidates through multiple channels.
• Conducting screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
• Engaging with prospective clients and securing business agreements (post 6 months).
• Understanding and adhering to candidate safeguarding requirements (training provided).
• Achieving key performance targets for candidate registrations and business development.
• Conducting regular school visits within East Sussex and Kent (valid UK driving licence and own car required).
• Representing 3D Recruit at networking events and job fairs as needed.
