Key Responsibilities for the Head of Supply Chain & Procurement

1. Lead and develop a high-performing team of supply chain professionals across all areas of spend
2. Design and implement a robust, group-wide supply chain strategy that drives value and mitigates risk
3. Enhance governance, transparency, and performance through process improvement and innovation
4. Champion a sustainability-led approach to procurement that aligns with Novus' carbon reduction targets
5. Maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring best value and continuous improvement
6. Collaborate with H&S and operational teams to uphold the highest safety standards across the supply chain
7. Oversee the management of extensive van fleet and salary sacrifice vehicle scheme, ensuring optimal operational performance and employee experience
