Qualifications

• Must have a strong background in planning/supply chain or sales coordination within a Food Business.
• Import experience and working knowledge of Customs Clearance and Incoterms are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required to liaise with internal and external partners.
• Proficient in IT, particularly in logistics and supply chain systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the supply chain runs efficiently and smoothly.
• Coordinate with the commercial team to manage contracts and orders.
• Plan collection and delivery schedules.
• Manage stock control and costings with stakeholders.
• Liaise with logistics to ensure organized transport.
• Work with technical teams to address any issues promptly.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers as necessary.
