Are you an experienced supply chain professional with a passion for driving operational excellence? My client is looking for a highly organised and proactive Supply Chain Manager to lead their end-to-end supply chain operations — from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished goods to customers. This is a key leadership role within a fast-paced, innovative manufacturing environment.

About the Role

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee every stage of the production flow, ensuring materials, processes, and people are aligned to deliver industry‑leading performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely sourcing of all raw materials, maintaining high levels of stock accuracy.
  • Negotiate supplier and customer contracts for materials.
  • Lead production planning with a two‑week fixed plan to maximise output and efficiency.
  • Optimise logistics to meet targets and control costs.
  • Use ERP systems to track inventory, analyse performance and drive process improvements.
  • Investigate OTIF failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Build strong supplier relationships and implement innovative supply chain improvements.
  • Conduct capacity planning and support future investment decisions.
  • Lead weekly planning and S&OP meetings.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in supply chain management.
  • Highly analytical and exceptionally organised.
  • Strong IT skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
