• Design and execute the entire sourcing and procurement strategy from the ground up, aligning it with ambitious business growth targets.
• Establish and scale a new, efficient Direct‑from‑Factory global supplier model, optimising the supply chain for speed and resilience.
• Drive significant cost‑reduction initiatives without compromising the superior quality or continuous availability of products.
• Select, implement, and manage best‑in‑class procurement systems to create a scalable, modern function.
• Champion and embed sustainable and ethical procurement processes into every layer of the supply chain.
• Cultivate deep, high‑value relationships with both internal stakeholders and critical global suppliers to drive performance improvement.
