Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with a leading company that brings the finest quality fresh produce to customers year-round? We are looking for a motivated Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dartford. This is a fantastic opportunity!
Role: Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator
Location: Dartford (free parking on site and 20 minute walk from station)
Hours: 7.00am - 5.00pm / 8.00am - 6.00pm (1 hour lunch break) Working Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday
Start: ASAP
Term: Temp for approx. 4 weeks
Salary: £12.50 - £13.00 per hour
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure health & safety compliance.
- Book transport and collate paperwork.
- Manage collections, arrivals, trays, pallets, and waste.
- Check transport invoices vs dispatches.
- Track consumables inventory.
- Oversee goods-in checks and yard space planning.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and communicate clearly with team.
- 1+ year in operations environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, planning, and multitasking.
- Knowledge of supply chain and stock management systems (SAP, Freshware, D365) would be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
