Resumo da oferta
A leading recruitment firm in Birmingham is seeking a talented freelance recruiter to strengthen their delivery team. You will be responsible for liaising with clients, posting job advertisements, conducting candidate searches, and managing interviews. Ideal candidates will have solid recruitment experience and excellent communication skills. This position offers flexible hours and rates to be discussed.
Qualificações
- Solid experience in a Resourcing role, preferably within agency but internal Resourcers are also of interest.
- A solid understanding of the recruitment processes.
- Experience of resourcing via Reed, Indeed, CV Library and social media.
Responsabilidades
- Liaising with Clover to discuss new assignments.
- Posting of job advertisements supplied by Clover to job boards.
- Contacting the client for a discussion around role if requested by Clover.
- Carry out comprehensive candidate searches across job boards and databases.
- Receive, review and shortlist from candidate applications.
