Job description

NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our offshore wind developer client on an initial 12-month contract.

We require a candidate with experience in stakeholder management, tendering, negotiation, and the award of WTG service agreements.

The role involves a hybrid work arrangement, including 3 days per week in our client's London office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage negotiations for the Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA) and Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA) contracts for the WTG package, collaborating with project stakeholders.
2. Lead negotiations of the commercial contractual terms with the preferred supplier up to the Final Investment Decision (FID) and Contract Award.
3. Ensure timely delivery of SMA and LTSA contracts aligned with the project schedule.
4. Work closely with the project team to negotiate the Turbine Supply Agreement (TSA), ensuring interfaces and commercial risks are properly addressed.
5. Assist in preparing for and obtaining approvals from the Project Leadership Team, Board, and Shareholders for contract awards.
