Job summary
A respected legal recruitment agency is seeking an Adult Social Care Solicitor to join a public sector organization in the West Midlands. This locum position spans an initial 3-6 months and involves managing a varied caseload, including court of protection applications and providing general legal advice on adult social care and mental health issues. Ideal for solicitors looking to gain valuable experience within the public sector. Competitive hourly rates available.
Qualifications

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Adult Social Care Solicitor to join a large and well respected public sector organisation in the West Midlands. This is a locum position and will be for an initial period of 3-6 months, with a possibility of extension beyond this.
The successful Adult Social Care Solicitor will be required to take on a varied caseload including, but not limited to:
- Court of protection applications
- Deprivation of liberty
- Providing general legal advice in relation to adult social care and mental health
