A financial services company in the UK seeks a professional specialized in agile methodology to enhance productivity within cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include leading scrum meetings, adapting processes for quality solutions, and prioritizing technology-related outcomes. Candidates should have a degree (preferably in Computer Science or Engineering), at least three years of experience, and a Scrum/Agile certification. This role supports a hybrid work model to foster collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
- Minimum of three years related work experience.
- Scrum / Agile Certification strongly preferred.
Responsabilités
- Provide insight on best practices for technology product delivery.
- Facilitate planning team learning and adapt processes.
- Encourage a continuous learning environment on Agile / Scrum concepts.
- Apply methodology for integrating customer inputs in product development.
- Collaborate with product owners to define technology outcomes.
- Ensure application of agile frameworks for development processes.
- Lead daily scrum meetings and maintain backlogs.
- Identify and remove roadblocks to product development.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Provides agile methodology services to cross-functional teams demonstrating a understanding of the technology-related product(s) and associated business areas. Applies technical expertise to improve productivity of teams and quality of work processes and outcomes. Products often have divisional implications.
- Provides insight on best practices for high performing teams in the delivery of technology-related product or projects ensuring team actions are aligned with project goals.
- Facilitates planning team learning and assists adaptation of processes to ensure the quality of team solutions.
- Encourages a continuous learning environment to strengthen the teams understanding of Agile / Scrum concepts and principles as they relate to technical capabilities.
- Applies methodology that supports the integration of changing customer inputs and business conditions into technology-related product development.
- Works with product owners and management to define and prioritize technology-related outcomes. Identifies trade-offs between short and long term benefits to drive shared vision between the team and product owner.
- Ensures the application of agile frameworks to the development process to increase effectiveness of technology-related product development or architecture.
- Leads daily scrum meetings iteration reviews and maintains backlogs.
- Identifies and may remove roadblocks to technology-related product development or architecture.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Computer Science or Engineering experience preferred.
- Minimum of three years related work experience. Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational technology projects preferred. Financial Services and technical experience preferred.
- Scrum / Agile Certification strongly preferred.
