Job summary

A leading energy provider is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to support complex technical initiatives in the oil and gas sector. This hybrid role, based in London, requires proven experience in project management within technical environments. The successful candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective delivery in both Agile and Waterfall settings. Commute to the London office three days a week is necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oil, Gas, Energy, or Commodities environments.
• Comfortable in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to manage cross-functional technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end Project Management and Scrum Master duties.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies like stand-ups and sprint planning.
• Proactively manage risks and issues using RAID.
