We are a specialist provider of process and packaging systems, from capital equipment to maintenance and refurbishment, serving clients across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.

• Manage the full lifecycle of engineering projects from concept to commissioning
• Lead the design, installation, and delivery of hygienic liquid processing systems (e.g., pasteurisers, CIP, blending, filling lines)
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects meet commercial and technical goals
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including Health & Safety and CDM regulations
• Collaborate across departments and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Produce risk assessments, method statements, and project documentation
• Travel to client sites across the UK and mainland Europe (with occasional overnight stays)

• Proven experience delivering engineering projects in hygienic process environments
• Strong understanding of capital plant and packaging equipment for the food, beverage, and pharma industries
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is a bonus)
• Familiarity with H&S, CDM regulations, and industry best practices
• Strong communicator and logical problem-solver with commercial awareness
• Able to manage multiple projects independently and work under pressure

• Engineering degree, HND/HNC, or equivalent hands-on experience (apprenticeship considered)
• Full UK driving licence
• GCSEs in English and Maths (A-C or equivalent)
• Comfortable with hybrid working and travel
