- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, proactively identifying potential delays or issues and communicating these to the project managers.
- Contribute to the organisation of meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions to maintain clear communication channels on specific projects.
- Manage project documentation and records systematically to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with organisational policies.
- Awareness of health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all project phases, by working closely with the project and site managers.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise confidently with team members and stakeholders.
