A leading energy company based in Bury St Edmunds is seeking an Assistant Projects Surveyor to oversee the consents process within Capital Programme. This permanent role offers a salary of £46,164 and a bonus of 3%. It allows blended working after the probationary period. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a solid awareness of safety principles, and relevant educational qualifications such as GCSEs and A Levels.

This Assistant Projects Surveyor will report to the Consent Lead EPN and will work within Capital Programme -Major Projects Consents and StakeholderEngagement based in our Bury St Edmunds office. You will be a permanent employee.
You will attract a salary of £46,164 and a bonus of 3%. This role can also offer blended working after probationary period (6 months) - 3 days in the office and 2 remote

To obtain the necessary consents associated with CPP instructions within a defined geographic footprint.
You will report directly to the Major Projects Consent Manager. You will oversee the acquisition of legal acquisition and (where appropriate) disposal of operational property freeholds and leaseholds, easements, statutory consents and wayleaves associated with Alliance and Major Connections projects.
