- Lead multi‑discipline product development projects from concept to delivery
- Apply both Agile and Waterfall methods to hit time, budget, and quality goals
- Build and motivate high‑performing teams
- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and priorities
- Communicate clearly with technical and commercial stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain project documentation
- Work closely with hardware, software, and operations teams to bring products to market
You’re an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical grounding—confident leading projects that blend hardware, embedded systems, and software. You thrive in cross‑functional environments and know how to bring clarity, focus, and energy to complex programmes.
- Degree in Engineering or a similar discipline
- Certified in project management (Prince2, APM, SAFe, IPMA, etc.)
- Proven experience managing full lifecycle product development projects
- Knowledge of both hardware and software delivery environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with external suppliers and Statements of Work
- Background in telecoms, critical communications, or regulated technology
- Familiarity with EMC/Safety approvals
- Financial awareness (budgets / P&L exposure)
- Eligible for, or able to obtain, SC Clearance
