Oaklands Global are currently seeking a Production Manager for one our of leading Aircraft Component company. The ideal applicant will be able to significantly impact the production environment and make a significant contribution. As a vital member of a small business's core management team, the production manager will be responsible for future expansion and opportunity realization.

• Overseeing manufacturing and production processes.
• Creating and executing daily, weekly and monthly production schedules.
• Determining production tooling and equipment needs and taking responsibility for its maintenance.
• Driving innovation throughout all elements of production.
• Consulting with suppliers on manufacturing projects; Implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Striving to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines.
• Implementing company procedures and policies.
• Communicating any problems or obstacles to top management and assisting with resolution.
• Monitoring productivity rates, standards and quality control and producing KPIs.
• Maintaining a training matrix for manufacturing employees and tracking progress of training.
• Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of applicable aerospace quality standards.
• Implementing and adhering to Health and Safety Requirements.

• Able to work with initiative and without constant supervision.
• Desire to achieve and continuously improve systems and processes.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Data analysis and statistical aptitude.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Highly conscientious and diligent.
• Previous production management experience, minimum 2 years.
