Job description

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ensures all safety procedures are followed and actively works to improve our safety program.
  • Ensures all quality procedures are followed and actively works to improve our quality program.
  • Follows all procedures & work instructions.
  • Works to maintain a clean & organized working environment (5s)
  • Completes visual inspection on products through the shift.
  • Communicate deviations, concerns, process improvement suggestions to both the molding the Warehouse Managers
  • Complete all required paperwork and documentation as instructed and enter data into manufacturing systems and/or databases.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic meeting the high standard required of all personnel.
  • Handle materials required for each individual work order and upcoming changeovers.
  • Make and tare boxes for production.
  • Ability to learn & navigate our inventory control system/ shipping system.
  • Assure timely flow of materials, including breaking down of material boxes, handling of unused skids.
  • Ability to check-in & put away parts using tablets & scanners.
  • Prepare handling of goods, including material recycling
  • Weekly and monthly cycling counting of materials and master batch
  • Helping with all general tasks required to be completed within the shop.
  • Work overtime when required and necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Opportunity to be selected for the role of ISO Internal Auditor, with responsibilities including conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Must demonstrate awareness of ISO standards and actively participate in Integrated Management System (IMS) audits to support compliance and improvement efforts.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Tow motor experience/pallet jack
  • Warehouse experience using barcode scanners.
  • Must be able to work in the US.
