About the Role

We are looking for a Patient Access Associate who will work closely with the Patient Access Managers and Patient Access Manager Lead to manage on behalf of the pharma client all Health Care Professional’s enquiries to access the Compassionate Use Medicines. The Patient Access Associate has the important role of guiding a Health Care Professional step by step to access a program as well as to guarantee regulatory requirements per market are completed prior to shipment.

What will your job look like?

• Be the Healthcare Professional contact point on all Early Access Programs to help them complete a patient request in an efficient and timely manner
• Manage situations where customers are distressed in a calm and solution-focused manner
• Advise customers on the regulatory landscape in their market, with support from the Patient Access Managers and Bionical Regulatory team
• Ensure quality and regulatory requirements are met and ensure all country-specific requirements are followed
• Promote patient centricity throughout all programs

What will you need to succeed?

• Fluent in English & French
• Customer service experience is essential in this role
• Strong understanding of computer systems and Microsoft
• A skilled and compelling communicator who can motivate and effectively manage customer expectations
