• Undertake medicines management duties, ensuring safe, effective, and compliant use of medications throughout the hospital.
• Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care.
• Provide training and mentorship to staff, supporting skill development and best practice.
• Conduct audits and compliance checks to maintain high standards across all medicines management processes.
• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to optimise medication therapy and enhance patient outcomes.

• NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent qualification.
• Management qualification (or willingness to undertake one).
• Experience as an NVQ Work-Based Assessor (desirable).
• Registration as an Accredited Checking Technician or possession of an Accredited Medicines Management Technician qualification (desirable).
