As a General Practitioner you will deliver comprehensive consultations across multiple modalities including face-to-face video and telephone appointments tailored to meet the diverse needs of our patient population. You will manage acute and emergency presentations with appropriate urgency and precision ensuring safe and effective outcomes for patients. You will perform minor surgical procedures within appropriate clinical governance frameworks enhancing the range of services available to our patients. You will establish and maintain effective referral pathways to secondary care services ensuring seamless patient journeys and timely access to specialist interventions.

• Full GMC registration with a license to practice and inclusion on the GP Register.

• Familiarity with EMIS, SystmOne, or similar GP software systems.
• Interest or experience in leadership roles within a clinical setting.
• Additional languages spoken relevant to the local community.
• Experience in teaching or delivering structured CPD sessions.

• Previous involvement in supervising or mentoring junior doctors, medical students, or allied healthcare professionals.
• Experience in designing or delivering educational sessions or CPD activities.
• Experience working in a leadership capacity or taking responsibility for service development.
• Familiarity with EMIS.
• Experience working with vulnerable or marginalized patient groups.
• Involvement in local or regional clinical networks, contributing to primary care innovation or community health projects.
• Previous experience developing or delivering a special interest clinic, such as dermatology, womens health, or musculoskeletal services.
