A well-known UK law firm is seeking a driven Real Estate Associate to join its top-tier Charities and Not-For-Profit practice. This position offers a diverse range of work and requires a Qualified Solicitor with 1–4 years of PQE in commercial real estate. Ideal candidates are highly motivated with a solid academic record and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
- 1–4 years’ PQE with experience in commercial real estate.
- Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
Responsibilities

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a driven Real Estate Associate to join a well-known UK firm within its top-tier Charities and Not-For-Profit practice. The team acts for many of the UK’s leading fundraising charities, as well as a wide range of medium-sized and emerging charities, heritage organisations, social enterprises, individual philanthropists, and corporate foundations.
The role offers a broad mix of work and would suit either a commercial property lawyer who is keen to develop expertise within the charity sector, or a candidate who already has experience advising on charity property matters. It is an ideal position for someone who enjoys variety, is eager to build specialist knowledge, and is committed to working with clients who deliver significant public benefit.
Experience required:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- 1–4 years’ PQE with experience gained in a leading commercial real estate practice.
- Ability to provide clear, practical advice
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic
