JOB TITLE: Technical Product Owner - Access Management
SALARY: £85,00.00 - £110,000.00 GBP

LOCATION(S): Leeds, Halifax or Manchester

HOURS: Full time
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in an office site.

About this opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Manager to lead the Colleague IAM Lab Access Management within Chief Security Office. This role is responsible for leading a team of engineers in the delivery of Access Management tooling within the lab with a focus on the Ping suite of products. The team are in the midst of transforming the IAM core toolsets so this is a really exciting time to be joining. The successful role holder will be instrumental in shaping the service as we continue our transformation journey.

As a Technical Product Owner within the Colleague IAM Lab, you’ll play a key leadership role in our continued transformation journey by:

  • Leading the delivery of tooling in support of Access Management.
  • Building out a suite of Access Management capabilities based on Ping Identity.
  • Delivering modern access management options for legacy applications and systems.
  • Being a key voice as part of the agile team, using your product owner skills to drive product development.
  • Helping to define, communicate and implement our IAM strategy, methods, and approaches; working with others to implement and embed.
  • Working collaboratively with others to achieve shared success through regular, reliable, and high-quality change delivery.
  • Driving the delivery and adoption of IAM Industry standards.
  • Keeping abreast of current and future developments in IAM technology.

What we are looking for:

You’ll have

  • Experience of Cyber Security and Identity & Access Management.
  • Industry recognition as an expert in Colleague IAM solutions.
  • A strong technical background with extensive experience across multiple technologies, to include experience delivering, developing and running Ping products.
  • Experience leading technical teams delivering operational services.
  • Experience leading Agile delivery.
  • Strong collaboration, influencing and communication skills, with an enthusiasm for advocating technical excellence!
  • A proven ability to listen, coach, mentor and support good principles internally to develop a world-class team.
